With twenty years of experience in the writing community, I am the Tia (Auntie) who will lend an ear and tell you the truth. I am an established leader versed in organizing and building connections with writers and publishing professionals. I have served on the Sisters in Crime Worldwide board as President, the Guppies Steering Committee, the Mystery Writers of America national board, and the MWA-Florida Chapter’s board. From 2018-2022, I co-chaired SleuthFest, a writing craft conference. As the first traditionally published Latinx cozy author, I’ve won a Lefty, an International Latino Book Award, and been nominated for an Agatha & Anthony. My special interest is people.
